Front post back post. Any age/used in highschool

Two players in front of the goal outside the big box,
Man on left runs front post, man on right runs back post.

One man on far wing with ball passes to a man standing by the player to pass down the line. (extra man is just to pass can rotate with players, teaches 1-2 passes.

front post back post men run in when the ball is passed down the line and the man on far wing crosses it in for headers and volleys.

Good drill used in high school.
